Letting & vetting of sub-contractor packages
Liaise with suppliers, sub-contractors and stakeholders
Negotiate agreements striving for win-win outcomes
Track project expenditure against budget
Responsible for progress claims, project cash flow & forecasting
Your Background
Must have 2+ years experience with a commercial builder
Main Contractor experienceis a must
Social infrastructure experience is favorable
Ability to communicate effectively
Display the right attitude, ability to learn and grow
Able to work in a team environment and drive outcomes
You will receive
$100k – $140k package
