The Baldivis Indoor Sports Complex (BISC), located on Eighty Road in Baldivis, is the City of Rockingham's newest leisure facility and committed to providing excellent customer service to all patrons during every visit. BISC accommodates sports such as basketball, netball, badminton, volleyball, indoor and indoor soccer, and hosts a range of other wellness programs.
Primarily based at BISC you will assist our customers when they visit our on-site Café. This will include customer service, food preparation and handling, maintaining a clean working environment and cash handling. Hours will be rostered from Monday to Sunday, 5am to 10pm. From time to time you may also be required to work in other City leisure facilities including Aqua Jetty, Mike Barnett Sports Complex and Rockingham Aquatic Centre.
To be considered for this role, you must address the following selection criteria as part of your online application:
* Experience in a similar role, involving customer service
* Competent in safe food handling practices and food preparation requirements
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Completion of a Food Handling Certificate
* Current Provide First Aid and CPR qualification
What we offer
The hourly rate for this position is as follows:
$26.64 per hour, plus superannuation
