Job Title: Software Solutions Designer
Design and deliver modern software solutions across supply chain, manufacturing, logistics and operations for a boutique tech consulting company with blue-chip clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead technical strategy, architectural decisions and feature implementation.
* Collaborate with domain architects, BAs, developers and stakeholders to define project scope and solutions.
* Provide mentorship, guidance and set engineering standards for the team.
* Author technical specifications and architectural blueprints.
* Oversee code quality, CI/CD practices and technical governance.
Requirements:
* 7–10 years of commercial development experience, with a few years as a software solutions designer.
* Deep expertise in designing and delivering custom applications across complex operational and supply-chain domains.
* Strong communication, leadership and collaboration skills.
