About the Role
We're looking for an Inspection Officer to join our fun, supportive team to assist with all things inspections!
- Full-time role Monday to Friday
- Assisting the Property Management team with conducting Routine Inspections, Property Condition Reports & Final Bond Inspections
- Typing the reports for the above inspections
- Liaising & working with the Property Managers on a daily basis
- Conducting viewings on for lease properties
- Effective management of your daily calendar
- Well-articulated processes, procedures, and checklists
- Company car for work related travel (2024 Suzuki Jimny)
The Ideal candidate
- Experience is desired but not essential
- Effective and efficient time management skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and technology
- Work well autonomously as well as positively contribute to maintaining a good team culture
- Exceptional communication and organisational skills
- Immaculate and professional personal presentation
- Hold a valid driver's license
