Key Responsibilities
* Leadership & Operations: Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
* Design, Drawing & Technical Oversight: Lead design, drawing, and technical activities to deliver high-quality products on time.
Requirements
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in joinery or cabinet making, with a strong understanding of production processes.
* Business acumen and financial management skills to drive profitability and growth.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and team members.
