Enterprise Operations Coordinator
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Operations Coordinator to join our team at Sunnybank Hills. This role will involve working closely with the Social Enterprises team to ensure that all contracted construction is achieved in the most efficient and effective manner within the approved timeframe.
This position will provide line management and support to Enterprise Trainers and Carpentry Apprentices and trainees, ensuring quality outcomes for enterprise customers and achieving contractual obligations, outcome requirements, and production targets in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
* Effective project management to deliver quality results and meet contractual requirements.
* Providing quality line supervision of Enterprise Trainers and mentoring young team members.
* Ensuring organizational requirements are met within the role and understanding and adhering to Federal and State legislative requirements.
Requirements:
* Recognized trade qualification and background.
* Experience leading a team and scheduling works.
* Ability to operate within a safety-first environment and lead within a strong safety culture.
* Passion, commitment, and belief in young people's potential.
* Minimum of 6 years experience in a leadership or management role.
* Demonstrated well-developed construction project management skills including planning, monitoring, costing, and evaluation skills, and proven abilities in project estimations, quotations, and quality control.
* Extensive knowledge of current Workplace Health and Safety requirements.
