About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a People and Culture Business Partner on a fixed-term contract basis. You will be working closely with HR programs and requirements, focusing on recruitment, staff performance, compliance, and employee records management.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct an audit of all employee records and address any follow-up actions.
Review and develop HR policies, procedures, frameworks, and employee resources to ensure legislative compliance.
Review HR systems and implement improvements.
You will be part of a dynamic team that prioritizes quality and meaningful work. If you have a strong background in generalist HR, excellent communication skills, and a passion for policy development, we encourage applications.
