Job Overview:
The Project Change Lead will support two major Technology Transformation Initiatives across HR Systems and Asset Management within a large government/council environment.
* Drive organisation-wide change that impacts frontline workers, operational teams, and corporate staff.
* A proven track record of driving organisational change initiatives.
In addition to the above requirements,
a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Human Resources) is preferred but not required. A minimum of 5 years of experience working in an HR or business operations role is essential for this position.
