Job Title
We are seeking a skilled and qualified Remedial Massage/Myotherapist to join our team. This role offers the flexibility around your own schedule and work in a supportive, client-focused environment.
Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional remedial massage and myotherapy treatments to our diverse client base.
* Assess clients' needs and develop tailored treatment plans to address their concerns.
* Utilise a range of massage techniques, including deep tissue, sports massage, trigger point therapy, cupping, pregnancy massage and dry needle therapy.
* Educate clients on self-care strategies and provide aftercare advice.
* Maintain detailed client records and ensure all treatments are documented thoroughly.
* Contribute to the overall success and growth of the clinic.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Remedial Massage, Myotherapy or equivalent recognised Australian qualification.
* Experience working as a Remedial Massage/Myotherapist is preferred but not essential as there are multiple positions available.
* Excellent knowledge of human anatomy, physiology and pathology.
* Proficient in a range of techniques, including deep tissue, sports massage and trigger point therapy. Cupping, dry needle therapy, lymphatic drainage massage and pregnancy massage experience is preferred but not essential.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
* Commitment to continuing professional development and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Current registration with the relevant professional bodies.
