In this role you will:
1. Collaborate with project managers, engineering teams and vendors to develop project plans, schedules and budgets for programs delivery.
2. Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to anticipate and address potential project delays or challenges.
3. Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment required for project implementation.
4. Monitor project progress against established milestones and identify deviations from the plan, implementing corrective actions as required.
5. Prepare regular progress reports and updates for project stakeholders, highlighting key achievements, risks and areas for improvement.
6. Support project managers in identification and resolution of issues related to project scheduling, resource allocation and budget management.
7. Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learnt and identify opportunities for process improvement.
About you:
8. Proven experience as a scheduler/planner (preferably in large-scale, complex projects).
9. Proficiency in MS Project or P6.
10. Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple concurrent tasks in a fast-paced environment.
11. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
12. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
