As a Senior Ecommerce Partnerships Specialist, this individual will be responsible for taking ownership of key ecommerce partner accounts, building strong relationships, unlocking new opportunities, and implementing strategic support plans to drive growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:

* Client Relationship Management
">Take full ownership of key ecommerce partner accounts using a consultative B2B approach, ensuring effective communication, timely issue resolution, and proactive relationship-building.
* Strategic Planning
">Collaborate with senior leaders to evolve trade terms annually, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes that drive business growth and profitability
* Marketing & Merchandising Support
">Negotiate and support ecommerce partner accounts on merchandising and product launches, leveraging data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance
* Data Analysis, Reporting & Forecasting
">Collect and analyze sell-through and sales-in data from ecommerce partners and online retail accounts, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions and drive growth
* Debt Management
">Partner with the credit control team to manage account debt levels, ensuring prompt payment and minimizing financial risks
* Content Optimisation
">Oversee the optimization of product descriptions, imagery, keywords, and reviews, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all ecommerce channels
* Brand Growth Initiatives
">Identify opportunities to increase brand visibility and overall sales through strategic partnerships and marketing efforts, aligning with the company's growth strategy and objectives
* Tactical Execution
">Implement strategic support plans to drive growth in line with the growth plan and budget, leveraging data-driven insights to inform tactical decisions and optimize results
* Cross-Departmental Collaboration
">Work with cross-functional teams to roll out SDA standards and monitor execution, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective communication across departments
* Brand Visibility Negotiation
">Support negotiations with retailers to secure premium brand placement and content opportunities, driving brand awareness and revenue growth
About You
">
We are looking for an individual with 3 years of experience in ecommerce account management, relevant tertiary qualifications, and a proven track record of increasing performance and driving ecommerce KPIs through third parties.
