We're Hiring: Process Engineer!

We're looking for a hands-on Process Engineer to join our team—someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, supports their team, and loves improving how things get done.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Program, troubleshoot, and optimize SMT/Through-Hole equipment including:
* Screen Printer, SPI, Pick & Place, Reflow Oven, Wave & Selective Solder
* Perform preventive and routine maintenance on equipment
* Provide hands-on support and technical guidance on the floor
* Evaluate and refine stencil design and reflow profiling
* Optimize wave soldering, flux chemistry, and through-hole soldering
* Improve yields, reduce defects, and implement continuous improvement initiatives
* Work with BOMs and support quoting, planning, purchasing, and quality
* Analyze rejected parts, determine root causes, and implement solutions
* Support front-end and back-end PCB assembly processes
* Read and interpret PCA assembly drawings and technical documentation
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including maintenance and quality
* Maintain work area cleanliness and follow safety procedures
* Launch new products and troubleshoot existing builds
What You'll Bring:
* Minimum 5 years of experience in electronics manufacturing (SMT & Through-Hole)
* 2+ years in a supervisory or team lead role
* Strong experience with stencil design, reflow profiling, and wave soldering
* Familiarity with flux chemistries and solder alloy selections
* Deep understanding of PCB assembly processes, both front- and back-end
* Ability to define and refine robust, repeatable manufacturing processes
* Proven ability to program, set up, and load PCBs onto SMT machines
* Familiarity with RoHS and no-clean soldering practices
* Working knowledge of IPC-610, J-STD-001, ISO 9001, AS9100, and ISO 13485
* Strong ERP and machine troubleshooting skills
* Excellent communication, documentation, and leadership skills
* Ability to work independently and within a collaborative environment
Education:
Technical degree (EE, ME, or Engineering Technology) or equivalent hands-on experience
