The GV Health Tatura campus includes Parkvilla Aged Care Facility and the Tatura Hospital. Parkvilla is a residential aged care home for 13 residents and two transitional care clients and has the feel of a ‘home away from home.’ Tatura Hospital comprises of eight beds and provides acute hospital and palliative care services, in addition to pathology collection, podiatry, self-management support, transition care program and x-ray.

About the role
The Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM) is responsible for the coordination and organisation of staff and resources to ensure the delivery of quality patient focused care for both acute and nursing home clients. The ANUM accepts responsibility of clinical and corporate coordination of the unit in absence of the Nurse Unit Manager/ Manager/Director of Nursing. The position amongst others is responsible for promoting GV Health as a quality regional health service provider.
We are looking for:
3. Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency as a Registered Nurse
4. Minimum of 3 years postgraduate nursing experience
5. Demonstrated clinical leadership, experiences and knowledge related to health care
6. Self-motivated with high level of communication, organisational and time management skills
7. Computer literacy at intermediate level • Awareness of financial and budgetary proces
