Guest Experience Host Job
This is a part-time role that requires excellent customer service skills and an enthusiasm for delivering exceptional experiences to guests. As a Guest Experience Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will play a key role in ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a similar hotel position and a genuine passion for customer service and the local area. They will also possess excellent communication skills and be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
Job Responsibilities:
* Greet and register owners and guests
* Provide information on local area attractions
* Complete all department-related paperwork
* Use all communication equipment, including telephones, faxes, and computers
* Meet guests face-to-face and generate sales appointments for our sales centers located at our amazing resorts and via livestream
* Establish commonality and build rapport with customers to ensure an exceptional experience is delivered
* Work closely with the resort operations team to provide a high level of service and a seamless transition for owners and guests through the check-in process
Requirements:
* Previous experience within a similar hotel position
* Genuine passion for customer service and the local area
* Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
* Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and positive individual
* Immaculate presentation and professional grooming standards
* High levels of computer literacy
* Previous experience with a PMS system (Hirum, Fidelio, Opera etc) advantageous
