Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant
We are expanding our internal D365 capability and seeking a hands-on, business-savvy D365 Functional Consultant who can champion Supply Chain, Production, and Engineering modules across our operations.
This role is ideal for someone with strong D365 SCM/Production experience, especially in manufacturing environments, who can translate operational needs into scalable D365 solutions.
* Act as the lead for D365 modules across: Supply Chain Management, Production Control, BOMs & Routing, Engineering Change Management, Inventory & Warehouse Management, Asset Management
* Own functional design, configuration, documentation, and continuous improvement.
* Support global rollout activities including requirements gathering, solution validation, CR reviews, testing, data migration, cutover, and hypercare.
* Participate in sprint cycles, design workshops, and backlog refinement.
* Collaborate with technical teams, integrators, and vendors to ensure end-to-end solution integrity.
* Conduct Key User Training, UAT support, and functional troubleshooting.
* Develop SOPs, training material, and process documentation.
* Drive system adoption and standardization across multiple sites and business units.
* Identify opportunities to streamline operations, reduce complexity, and extend D365 usage.
* Analyze functional issues, propose solutions, and ensure alignment with global process standards.
Key Skills:
* Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 Supply Chain and Production modules.
* Hands-on experience with D365 configuration and customization.
