Leadership Opportunity: Wellbeing and Practice
We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our school as the Leader of Wellbeing and Practice. This key position involves developing and maintaining strategic wellbeing and social inclusion responses, providing operational line management and practice leadership to youth workers and young people on campus.
The role requires:
* Implementing and leading the Wellbeing Framework and whole site strategic wellbeing plan
* Developing and maintaining site-based wellbeing programs in response to student needs
* Using data to measure the success of program offerings
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
* Understanding of and commitment to Catholic educational values
* Minimum 5 years' experience in youth work or related field
* Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, or related health science
