Packhouse Operations Manager
We are seeking a seasoned leader to oversee the daily operations of our packhouse. This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient and high-quality management of our produce, from harvest through dispatch.
* Direct the management of daily packhouse operations to meet quality and efficiency standards.
* Lead apple and avocado programs from harvest to dispatch, focusing on maximizing output and minimizing waste.
* Cultivate strong partnerships with growers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to drive growth and improve relationships.
* Maintain compliance with food safety and regulatory standards, ensuring our products meet the highest quality expectations.
* Contribute to business planning, budgeting, and strategic decision-making to drive company success.
