Your Role
As a Junior IT Support Technician at Incito, you'll work alongside our senior specialists as part of our client-facing team, delivering exceptional IT support and services to our diverse national client base. Based at our Springfield Lakes head office, you'll work both on‐site and at client locations, combining technical expertise with outstanding customer service skills.
Key responsibilities
* Provide first‐line and escalated IT support to clients across multiple industries
* Perform system maintenance, including patching, updates, and remedial work
* Install and configure IT equipment, including PCs, servers, printers, and network devices
* Manage and maintain client Active Directory environments
* Document technical solutions and maintain accurate service records
* Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional communication
* Work independently at client sites while maintaining strong team collaboration
* Participate in after‐hours support rotation when required
* Travel to client sites as needed (own vehicle required).

* Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies and Active Directory
* Proven hardware and software troubleshooting abilities
* Understanding of network infrastructure and printer management
* Understanding of documentation and communication skills
* Valid Australian driver's license and own vehicle
* Strong problem‐solving abilities and attention to detail
