We are seeking a Contracts Administrator to join our Facades team in our Perth office. This role will provide efficient and effective contract administration support to our Services construction operations.

Working closely with the Operations, Commercial & Project Managers to assist with and eventually take a key role in coordinating all contract correspondence, administering cost controls and preparing cost reports, submitting invoices and progress claims, and following up on outstanding contract debtors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate contract correspondence, variations, client returns, and filing.
- Prepare and process progress claims and invoices for Project Manager sign-off.
- Support tender reviews and contract start-up documentation (daily diaries, invoices, folders).
- Cross-check estimates against paid invoices in Jobpac and update spreadsheets with current rates/conditions.
- Advise Project Managers on contractual and invoicing issues; liaise with clients to resolve discrepancies.
- Administer project cost controls and prepare weekly costing reports for cost-plus contracts.
- Draft and issue contract notices (delays, extensions, variations) and subcontractor/supplier agreements.
- Provide commercial support to Estimating and review client contracts, highlighting risks and departures.
- Prepare downstream supplier, consultancy, and subcontractor agreements.

The successful applicant will ideally have:

- Degree in Contract Law, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field (highly desirable).
- Strong attention to detail with ability to identify and analyse legal contract terms and associated commercial risks.
- Strong organisational skills, consistent and thorough.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to develop and grow your skill set and advance your career within the organisation.
- Proficient with Microsoft office applications, particularly Excel.
