Payroll Specialist Role
The successful candidate will oversee the entire payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate payments to employees. This involves managing payroll submissions to the relevant authorities, processing payroll adjustments, and maintaining compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
* Execute end-to-end fortnightly payroll functions
* Prepare and submit payroll data to government agencies
* Process payroll tax and workers' compensation returns
* Manage superannuation payments and reconciliations
* Reconcile leave liability and novated lease data
* Closely collaborate with financial teams to optimize payroll processes
Requirements
This role requires a highly organized and detail-focused individual with strong analytical skills and experience in payroll management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent communication skills.
Australian citizenship is essential, as well as eligibility for security clearances required for a Defence-related facility.
Working Arrangements
