Lead Data Scientist Opportunity
We are seeking a talented individual to lead our data science function. As a Lead Data Scientist, you will be responsible for generating and communicating insights aligned to business objectives.
The successful candidate will have the ability to inspire a high-performing data science team and provide strategic direction to achieve their best.
Key Responsibilities:
* Generate and communicate insights aligned to business objectives and relevant to diverse stakeholders and clients.
* Lead and manage data scientists to achieve their best by creating a high-performance culture.
* Provide strategic direction to the team and lead multiple projects to create scalable and reliable end-to-end solutions for customers.
Requirements:
* Proven expertise as a Lead Data Scientist with the ability to lead and inspire a high-performing data science team.
* Deep expertise in end-to-end model development, including designing, building, and deploying advanced machine learning models to solve complex business challenges.
* Familiarity with various aspects of Generative AI, including prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), guardrail design, orchestration design, and tools such as LangChain and LangGraph.
* Cloud Platforms: Preferred experience using AWS Bedrock, SageMaker, or Microsoft Azure OpenAI platforms.
* Data Platforms: Preferred experience using the Snowflake platform or similar.
* Experience with version control and CI/CD pipelines such as GitHub.
* Tertiary Qualification in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science or Computer Science.
