Job Description
This permanent full-time position is based at our Miami clinic, with opportunities for part-time work available. You will be working closely with our clinical team to provide comprehensive client care, ensuring that patients receive the best possible service.
The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to the principles of Aboriginal Community Control and a passion for delivering culturally sensitive healthcare. You will be responsible for providing quality clinical services, liaising with our Clinical Nurse and/or Aboriginal Health Worker, and optimizing referral pathways to specialist and allied health services.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality clinical services to clients in line with best practice standards.
* Demonstrate a commitment to continuous quality improvement as an integral aspect of service development and delivery.
* Liaise with Clinical Nurse and/or Aboriginal Health Worker to ensure seamless client experience.
* Optimize referral pathways to specialist and allied health services for clients.
About the Role
This role offers a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $250,000 - $285,000 per annum, plus salary sacrifice of $15,000 per annum. You will also enjoy five weeks of annual leave per year, additional paid personal leave, and professional development opportunities within work hours.
