About The Role
You will create remarkable customer experiences at a range of events, from rock concerts to symphony orchestras, First Nations dance performances and Comedy Festival shows. You will work across our spectacular venues including theatres and the Sidney Myer Music Bowl.

Experience not required, but some customer service/hospitality experience will be advantageous. We have a supportive and responsive training program.
You will greet and guide customers, anticipate their needs during events and shows, ensure areas are safe and operationally effective, and serve bar food and beverages at intervals.
Hours of work vary, with most events at night and on weekends, particularly Friday and Saturday.
To hit the ground running, you will have good availability in your first month to gain momentum working across all our venues.

Please note:
During this recruitment round, applicants will also be given the opportunity to express interest in an additional casual Gallery Attendant role for the new Australian Museum of Performing Arts, opening in December 2025. This role will provide information regarding museum and gallery exhibitions, ensure security of the exhibition objects and supervision of the public within the exhibition, exhibition ticket collection, merchandise sales, cloakroom.
