Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Charity Administrator role based in Doncaster, VIC. The Charity Administrator will manage day-to-day administrative tasks, coordinate fundraising campaigns, support donor relations, and oversee database management to ensure smooth operations. Additional responsibilities include preparing reports, assisting with event planning, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to promote the charity's mission and goals.
Qualifications
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with donors, corporate partners, and stakeholders.
* Organizational and administrative skills, including attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
* Familiarity with database management and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Experience with fundraising, event coordination, or financial administration is advantageous.
* A collaborative and proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
* Previous experience in the non-profit or healthcare sector is a plus, but not required.
