**The Company**:
Our client is a well-respected and dependable government organization who have operations in Parramatta however are also well known across NSW. They are urgently seeking a Administration Officer with exceptional customer service skills.
The experienced and dedicated Administration Officer will be granted with an exciting 3 month contract role with strong potential This is an immediately starting role based in Wollongong.
**The Job**:
During this exciting Administration and Customer Service opportunity, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Providing high level customer service, responding to inbound enquiries and request from business stakeholders
- Performing a range of administration and clerical activities to support the business unit
- Extensive electronic data maintenance
- Processing invoices and claims as directed by the managers
- Preparing relevant reports and routine correspondence
**You**:
To be successful in this role, you must have experience in the following:
- At least 12months experience in a similar back office Administration or Customer Service role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- NSW Government experience will be beneficial
- Ability to working within a high volume environment and prioritise conflicting deadlines
