We are seeking a passionate and driven individual to join our overnight team as a Customer Support Specialist.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, answering calls and emails in a timely and professional manner, and providing accurate information on our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Registration, KYC and education of new customers
* Efficiently answer calls and emails from customers, providing betting information and accurately completing bet placement on their behalf
* Responding promptly to incoming customer queries via phone calls and emails
* Assisting with and ensuring team procedures are appropriately documented
* Continually updating knowledge around products and services
