Company description
At Spark Foundry we bring HEAT to brands, Higher Engagement, Affinity and Transaction. Engagement with consumers, customers and stakeholders, affinity with brands, and transactions, that materially impact our client's businesses. Spark is uniquely positioned to deliver HEAT because we have an aligned set of beliefs that guide how we navigate a changing media landscape, a structure that is designed for total accountability and a repeatable methodology to bake continuous improvement into everything we do. In order to bring this vision to life, we seek alignment around key values from our talent. Diverse thinkers with diverse thinking—what we call Allsorts—are essential to tackle challenges through the lens of different disciplines and perspectives. To succeed at Spark, you must thrive on the belief that great ideas are only great if they work. It's not enough to be new, cool, or interesting; our solutions must drive business results. You need to embrace both the art and the evidence—right and left brain, imagination and activation, insight and technology in the pursuit of big ideas that are forensically measured. If you are motivated by these values, we welcome you to apply to become a Sparkie.

We're looking for a Senior Planning & Activations Executive to join our team, taking charge of the planning, buying and activation of integrated campaigns across TV, OOH, radio and digital.
You'll manage end-to-end campaign delivery for long-standing, high-profile clients (FMCG brands), working closely with media partners and a hands‐on client team. This is a hybrid role ideal for someone with 2–3 years' media planning/buying experience who's ready to step into a senior exec role and grow fast.
You'll learn from senior leaders, trade with market partners, optimise TV and digital performance, and help mentor more junior team members. Responsibilities include;
* Create and deliver clear media plans that meet client objectives (timing, budget, reach and business outcomes).
* Lead buying and trading across channels (TV, OOH, radio, direct digital), negotiating with publishers to secure best‐in‐market rates and added value.
* Execute campaign implementation: trafficking, tag checks, ad‐serving (DCM), and ensure all elements are live and tracking correctly.
* Own TV tracking, benchmarking and optimisation — complete TV tracking and buying sheets, monitor performance and implement learnings and optimisations in market.
* Translate audience and market data (Roy Morgan, ComScore, Market Intelligence etc.) into smarter planning and trading decisions.
* Collaborate with internal teams (planning, creative, analytics) and external partners to develop integrated communication plans and present new ideas.
* Mentor and train coordinators/executives: delegate, provide clear briefs and set expectations to develop capability across the team.
* Comfortable using planning and trading tools (examples: eTAM/ Day8, Spectra, MOVE, eRAM, AQX) and confident with Excel and PowerPoint.
Why Spark Foundry? You'll join a culture known for strong media relationships, brilliant colleagues and real learning opportunities. Work on iconic brands, be supported by leaders who invest in your growth, and help build campaigns that are both creative and commercially effective. If you're ready to trade, plan and activate with impact — we want to meet you.
