About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Joiner / Cabinet Maker with 3–5 years' industry experience to work across factory production and on-site installation. This is a hands-on role suited to someone confident across all stages of joinery, with an opportunity to grow into a Floor Manager / Supervisory position for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
* Factory assembly of kitchens, wardrobes, and custom joinery
* On-site installation and fit-off
* Reading and interpreting plans and shop drawings
* Operating workshop machinery and hand tools safely
* Quality control and attention to finish details
* Working collaboratively with the production and installation team
* Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workspace
About You
* Qualified Joiner/Cabinet Maker or equivalent experience
* 3–5 years' hands-on joinery experience (factory + install preferred)
* Strong knowledge of cabinetry construction and installation methods
* Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in workmanship
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Leadership potential and willingness to grow into a management role
