We are looking for a junior Commercial lawyer to join Team Ellisons. With an already exceptionally strong client base, we are looking to achieve further growth and build on our success in this specialism.
Ellisons is a top 200 UK firm, and one of the region’s oldest, most established and fastest growing, with a team of over 270 colleagues, including 35 partners. The firm has several offices located across Essex and Suffolk. We are a member of the Alliott Global Alliance (a worldwide alliance of independent professional firms).
You will be a confident, proactive, motivated individual who is able to assist clients with commercial contracts, provide business law advice, support on data protection matters and intellectual property issues. In addition, you will play a key role in delivering our outsourced in‑house legal service to a number of clients, giving you exposure to a wide range of industries and legal challenges. Ideally you will have experience in Commercial Law, whether as a qualified lawyer or as a trainee. We are also interested in hearing from newly qualified lawyers who are looking for the opportunity to develop their skills and experience in this area of law.
