Job Description:
The Business Development Manager will support our business by growing the white label division to achieve market share growth year on year. This role will provide a range of support services directly to our network including assistance with loan structure, scenarios, accreditation coordination, and complaint management. The role will have specific responsibilities for technical content management in training, events, marketing collateral and websites.
Main Responsibilities:
* Customer Relationships 50%:
o Book in proactive appointments and phone calls with our broker network
o Work with team members to build broker relationships and broker knowledge of our lending offering
o Attend State meetings and provide updates and feedback on results against objectives
o Utilise Hubspot to track activity
o Organise group based strategic meetings
o Complaint management (Broker & Customer)
o Post settlement enquiry and management (Broker & Customer)
* Operational 30%:
o SME/Ownership of one White Label (WL) lender relationship
o Drive lender BDM activity
o Product pricing and policy exemptions escalations
o Post settlement enquiry and management
* Technical 20%:
o Oversee technical content (training, events, marketing collateral and websites)
o Data Input for Staff and Broker Loans submitted for White label
o Accreditations trainings coordination
Key Performance Indicators: White label market share growth, nationally and in each state. This measurement will build out the foundation of the bonus structure for the role.
Requirements:
* Certificate IV in Financial Services (Finance/Mortgage Management)
* Diploma in Financial Services (Finance/Mortgage Management)
* Finance Industry experience (Lending/Underwriting/Sales/Customer Service)
* Mortgage Lending (Sales or Underwriting)
* Negotiating
* Strong verbal and written Communication skills
