Their dedicated financial and taxation services entity provides a broad range of tax advisory, compliance, and business services to the Group's companies and private family members.
Responsibilities
This is an exceptional opportunity for a senior taxation professional to step into a role leading the entity, overseeing all taxation and accounting functions across a complex and diverse group of entities. Reporting directly to the Board, you will lead a team that provides taxation and accounting advice, drives digital transformation, and serves as a trusted advisor to the group and family members. You will bring a modern, client-focused approach to the delivery of tax advisory and business services, while championing systems improvement and building team capability for the future. Deep expertise across relevant taxes and accounting standards is essential, as is a strong track record in private family business and high net worth advisory. You will be a confident, values driven leader who is as comfortable presenting to a Board as you are engaging with your team day to day. An open minded, technology savvy mindset and a genuine appetite to challenge the status quo will be key to your success in this role. This is a Gold Coast-based position.
