Offer description

We are searching for an Office Coordinator / Receptionist at Reliance RealEstate Sunbury who will be involved in all‑around office coordination and administration for the office.

The ideal candidate will have experience in reception and/or fast‑paced customer service positions, as well as have passion, energy and motivation to learn. Great customer service and time management skills are essential for this role.


Roles & Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

* First point of contact, responding to phone and email enquiries
* Ensure supplies and stock levels are maintained
* Ensure office cleanliness and meeting room preparation
* Receive and send out mail
* Arrange celebrations for birthdays, anniversaries and seasonal events
* Upload property listings online and update property status, when required
* Prepare meeting rooms & manage the Boardroom meeting room system for all upcoming bookings
* Arrange Team Bonding events in accordance with the Yearly Event plan


Skills and experience required:

* Proven experience in fast‑paced reception and/or administration positions
* Excellent communication, organisation and time management skills
* Valid driver's licence with a reliable vehicle
* Strong attention to detail is a must
* Proficient with technology and software applications
* Quick learner: willing to learn new processes and procedures and follow directions.
* Willing to provide valid Police Check
