Key Responsibilities:

* Strategically working with division leaders to create skills-based development programs
* Developing senior stakeholders' coaching capabilities
* Designing early-career initiatives (graduate program) for scaling high-performing teams
* Partnering with Senior Leadership to improve the HR offering
* Implementing inclusive hiring practices
* Crafting innovative people solutions that strengthen organisational values and support executive leadership with workforce architecture, talent forecasting, and capability enhancement
* Pioneering initiatives that foster unity, belonging, and achievement, while implementing programs to enhance team satisfaction, commitment, and longevity
* Ensuring adherence to Australian workplace legislation
* Creating and implementing growth opportunities that enhance professional capabilities and career advancement
* Remaining at the forefront of workforce management innovations and methodologies
* Guiding transformation initiatives related to organisational evolution and business realignment

About You:

* A strategic people professional who thrives in high-growth environments and is passionate about building scalable talent solutions
* 5+ years in strategic HR/People & Culture roles, preferably in high-growth or fintech environments
* Proven track record of partnering with senior leadership to drive business outcomes through innovative people strategies
* Strong background in people analytics and data-driven decision making
* Experience with people platforms (Culture Amp preferred) and HR technology stack
