About The Role The Contract - Senior Solution Specialist - M365 plays a key role as a professional services team member of our Microsoft 365 Centre of Excellence. As a member of this team, you will be responsible for designing, building and supporting solutions end to end for our customers. You will troubleshoot technical issues for customers and deliver a first‑class experience for consumers of our Intelligent Workplace services. You will provide guidance, advisory and project delivery to customers using best‑practice and contemporary technology approaches in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
What You’ll Do
Analyse business requirements and develop solution design documents, recommendation reports and as‑built diagrams.
Facilitate customer workshops and presentations, providing thought leadership.
Provide technical leadership for Microsoft 365 environments and solutions.
Build and deploy solutions within Microsoft 365, including SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Power Automate and Power Apps.
Lead and execute Microsoft 365 migration projects, moving content from legacy systems into SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, Power Automate and Power Apps.
Facilitate training workshops and develop training materials.
Follow best‑practice methodologies and adhere to recognised ITIL processes (e.g., Change/Release).
Provide governance and support to customers for Microsoft 365 environments.
Require Australian citizenship and eligibility for Federal Government NV1 security clearance.
Required Experience
Previous experience in an ICT professional services organisation as a Microsoft 365 consultant.
Experience designing, building and deploying SharePoint Online, MS Teams and Power Platform solutions.
Experience migrating content into Microsoft 365.
Strong presentation and workshop facilitation skills.
Ability to address complex business problems with M365‑based solutions.
Experience designing and implementing enterprise information architecture.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Experience developing Power Automate workflows and Power Apps.
Excellent documentation and communication skills.
Extensive knowledge of core collaboration services in M365 (SharePoint Online, MS Teams, OneDrive).
Experience developing PowerShell scripts.
Nice to have
Experience developing custom solutions using SharePoint Framework (SPFx), JavaScript, C#, and HTML/CSS.
Experience with Information Management and Information Protection (Microsoft Purview).
Experience building custom integrations.
Experience using AvePoint and Nintex.

Other Information The role is a contract position with preference for an immediate start. The office locations include Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne, Perth and Sydney, but we support working from home to balance work and life.
