Responsibilities
- Sell vehicles and achieve monthly sales KPIs.
- Maintain good relationships with customers and managers.
- Engage customers confidently to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
- Participate in on-the-job training and contribute to customer care and retention.
- Work with the Finance & Insurance team to provide fast, easy, and competitive packages.
- Support a high-performing sales environment and positive dealership culture.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales is not essential.
- A proven ability to achieve monthly sales KPIs.
- Able to maintain relationships with stakeholders including customers and managers.
- A sound understanding of selling and the ability to engage customers confidently to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
- Current Australian driver’s license.
