We are looking for a skilled Financial Planning and Analysis professional to join our team in Perth, Australia.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support strategic decision-making.
Key responsibilities include:
* Developing and managing robust financial models, forecasts, and budgets
* Monitoring financial performance against targets and identifying key drivers
* Preparing and delivering comprehensive financial reports and analyses
* Overseeing and maintaining the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
* Partnering with various departments to provide financial insights and strategic recommendations
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a finance analyst role
* Bachelor's degree plus professional qualification/postgraduate studies in Finance
* Advanced excel, reporting and analysis skills
* Strong stakeholder management, influencing and business partnering skills
* Exceptional written, verbal communication and presentation skills
* Excellent analytical skills with a strong ability to interpret financial data
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial analysis and reporting
* Experience with financial software and ERP systems
* Tableau or Power BI experience preferable
