Blenners Transport is a proudly Australian Owned and family operated transport business with over 35 years experience specialising in refrigerated transport Australia Wide.
With depots across Brisbane, Tully and Far North Queensland, Blenners are the nationally trusted and respected refrigerated transport solution, working with leading retailers and well-known and reputable brands Australia-wide, with a strong emphasis on their customers and their team.
We are now looking for an experienced full time Accounts Payable Officer based in our Tully Office.
Reporting directly to our Chief Financial Officer, the role has the following key tasks:
1. Match & review invoices
2. Process supplier and bank invoices
3. Monthly reconciliation of MYOB creditor statements
4. Complete and submit credit applications
5. Process EOM Statements
6. Preparing and reconciling receipts
7. Filing of invoices & relevant documentation
About you –
* Experience with MYOB preferred but not essential
* Experience in the transport industry preferred
* Experience with Microsoft Excel & Outlook
* 2+ years’ experience in similar finance role
* Effective communicator with a customer service focus
* Foster and encourage environment of strong team development & continuous improvement
* Enjoy a fast-paced environment & challenges
* Excellent attention to detail
