Fyfe's Energy and Resources Division works with major exploration and distribution clients to deliver specialist mining, oil and gas, renewables, and hydrogen projects across the country.
These include mining process plant modifications, upstream flowlines, leases, network gathering and distribution systems, major gas transmission pipelines, oil and gas processing facilities, as well as maintenance and construction related work programs.
Additionally, Fyfe is actively involved in helping our clients with their Energy transition goals across a broad range of solutions including hydrogen and biogas.The RoleThe Lead Process Engineer will be a key member of our expanding work into the renewables expansion into Hydrogen, Biogas and other related renewables scope.This role will see you utilize your strong leadership capabilities to manage a dynamic team of engineers on a range of exciting projects.Other Duties:Discipline Team Lead for Brisbane office-based Process Engineering teamMentoring and training junior engineersRPEQ sign-off of process engineering deliverablesPreparation and review of engineering design documentsTender estimationPerform the Lead Engineer role in HAZOPs and LOPAsBusiness development including functions, meetings, conferences as requiredRequirements:Tertiary qualifications in Chemical EngineeringRPEQ accreditation is essentialAustralian CSG gathering and brownfields experience is highly desirableStrong knowledge of applicable industry Codes & Standards including API 520 / 521, AS 60079 and AS 2885Strong analytical and technical report writing skillsAbility to manage conflicting deadlines and client requirementsA strong commitment to client satisfaction and quality of workAbility to work simultaneously on multiple projectsAbility to manage a project team and be a team playerCultureFyfe values our clients and our people and has a culture built on respect, integrity, and the delivery of value.
