About the Role
As a Physiotherapist at ProMelius, you will play a key role in delivering personalised, evidence-based care to clients across all age groups. You will collaborate closely with clients, families, support workers, and a multidisciplinary team to help individuals achieve meaningful functional outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and develop tailored treatment plans
* Deliver evidence-based interventions in clinic, home, gym, hydrotherapy, and community settings
* Manage a varied caseload including NDIS participants, musculoskeletal clients, neurological conditions, paediatrics, and aged care
* Prepare high-quality treatment notes, progress reports, and functional assessments
* Work collaboratively with the ProMelius team to ensure holistic care
* Maintain ongoing professional development and uphold best-practice standards
About You
* Holds current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist
* Demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Can work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
* Shows strong clinical reasoning and organisational skills
* Is committed to delivering client-centred, evidence-based care
