Global Facilities Lead Role
* This is a key position in the facilities management team, responsible for overseeing maintenance and operations across global campuses.
Main Responsibilities:
Maintenance Strategy Development
* Develop and implement a global maintenance strategy to ensure standardised processes, operational efficiency, and compliance.
* Oversee preventative and reactive maintenance programs to minimise downtime and disruptions.
Vendor Management
* Establish and manage vendor relationships for facilities maintenance services.
* Drive vendor consolidation initiatives to enhance cost efficiency and service quality.
Compliance and Risk Mitigation
* Ensure all campuses comply with local and international standards for fire safety, electrical, mechanical, and environmental regulations.
* Implement a centralised system for compliance tracking to manage inspections and audits effectively.
Budgeting and Cost Optimisation
* Manage a global maintenance budget to deliver cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
* Identify opportunities for cost savings through predictive maintenance, bulk procurement, and process enhancements.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Management
* Partner with regional teams to ensure seamless execution of maintenance programs.
* Collaborate closely with Real Estate, Workplace Experience, Finance, and Legal teams to align maintenance operations with business goals.
