About this role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as a Sales Consultant.
As a Sales Consultant, you will work with our range of luxury automotive brands, providing expert guidance and creating memorable purchase journeys for our customers.
Main responsibilities:
* Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences across our full brand portfolio.
* Presentation and demonstration of vehicle features, performance, technology, and brand heritage.
* Guiding clients through the sales process from enquiry delivery, ensuring a smooth and premium experience.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with guests, following up leads, managing key touch-points, and delivering outstanding service.
* Collaboration with finance, service, and marketing teams to drive enquiries, optimize customer satisfaction, and achieve sales targets.
* Utilizing CRM and tablet technology to capture customer data, manage pipeline, and report on performance.
* Staying up-to-date on product knowledge, market trends, and brand updates across our full brand range.
Requirements:
* Exceptional interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for luxury cars and the automotive industry.
* A strong team-player who also thrives individually in meeting and exceeding goals.
* Excellent communication skills—clear, professional, persuasive, and attentive to detail.
* Ability to manage the entire sales process and take ownership of outcomes.
* Competency with digital tools (e.g., tablets, CRM systems) and comfortable adapting to new technology.
* A valid driver's license and willingness to work a 5-day schedule including Saturday.
* Previous sales or customer-facing experience in hospitality, automotive, luxury retail, or similar is highly desirable—but not essential.
