About The Role
We are looking for an experienced and high performing Senior Project Manager to lead PPS Water Group's upcoming mega project in the Pilbara region. This is a senior, hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast pace environment, can provide leadership and manage diverse teams, and takes ownership of a large-scale remote pipeline project. You'll be based in our Perth office and will work closely with the GM of major projects and the senior leadership team to deliver this landmark project on time and on budget.
Key responsibilities
* Provide leadership to the project team and create a positive work environment while motivating the team to work toward project goals
* Effectively communicate with all stakeholders, team members and senior management while building positive relationships
* Responsible for profit and loss for assigned project, managing budget, cashflow and tracking expenses
* Ensure projects are completed to the highest standard while following all HSE rules and guidelines
* Design and develop budget
* Prepare regular reports and present to the leadership team
* Oversee contracts ensuring delivery on time and within budget
About You
* Substantial PM experience
* Experience with civil/piping/SMP
* Design and construct experience
* Track record of delivering $50M+
* Management of direct workforce 40+
* Predominantly self-perform model of delivery
* Experience delivering with tier 1 miners
* Experience in letting and managing subcontractors $5M+ packages
* Experience in letting and managing supplier packages $2M+ packages
* Preparation of detailed project financial reporting
