About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Job Coach to join our team in Leongatha and across the Gippsland region. As a Job Coach, you will play a vital role in guiding clients towards job readiness and enabling opportunities for employment.
Your primary responsibility will be to support clients in achieving their employment goals through tailored job coaching services. You will work closely with clients to identify their strengths and areas of improvement, developing customized plans to enhance their employability.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, employers, and stakeholders. You will be able to think creatively, problem-solve, and adapt to changing circumstances.
You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and standards, and contributing to the growth and development of the team.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement individualized job coaching plans to meet client needs.
* Maintain regular communication with clients, employers, and stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery.

Requirements
* Certificate IV or higher in a relevant field (disability, community services, employment services).

* Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
