Job Description
* Develop and implement strategic account plans within the grocery channel to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
* Identify growth opportunities and drive new business development initiatives.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of account strategies.
* Monitor and analyse market trends to adapt strategies accordingly.
* Prepare and deliver JBP, range reviews and proposals to key accounts.
* Provide regular reporting on account performance and sales activities.
A Successful Senior National Account Manager Should Have
* Proven experience in account management within the FMCG industry dealing with Coles, Woolworths, Aldi, Costco and IGA.
* Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
* Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
* Ability to analyse data and make informed business decisions.
* A proactive and results-driven approach to achieving targets.
* Familiarity with market trends and industry developments.
