The Role: As a Project Coordinator, you are a key component in the lifecycle of the project, your exemplary planning, scheduling and evaluatory skills lay the foundation for a successful, Cobild Standard, outcome.
Responsible for assisting the management of all costs, contracts and procurement documents, you will help to ensure compliance with all policies and procedures and assisting in delivering an on-site culture of safety.
Specific duties will include:
Supporting the Contracts Administrator and Site Manager in a dynamic site and office environment.Executing procurement and tender activities, including obtaining quotations, conducting tender evaluations, and preparing scopes and contracts.Managing on-site procedures such as enforcing safety protocols, placing material orders, coordinating equipment, and overseeing authority permits.Assisting with financial processes, including reporting and supplier/trade payments.Scheduling meetings, documenting minutes, and ensuring actionable items are tracked and completed.Fully committing to team success, maintaining a positive and energetic attitude, while continuously learning and developing professionally.Our Values: You work for Cobild, you're a Cobildian, it's a thing, and our values are everything.
