We currently have multiple roster opportunities in our SIL houses across the region. This opportunity is to **support our SIL house in Wallsend. Please note, this house has high manual handling requirements as well as complex medical needs. Candidates with the experience and capability to handle these client needs will be prioritized.**Your day-to-day may include:* Providing respectful support with personal care, mealtimes, medication, and daily routines* Encouraging skill-building, independence, and decision-making* Supporting community engagement, social connection and transport (including use of CPA vans & in your own vehicle)* Following **person-centred** plans with empathy and professionalism* Building positive relationships with our clients**What You'll Bring:**We are looking for candidates who embody CPA **values**, are **client-focused** in their approach to care, and are **passionate** about the opportunity to make an impact in the lives of people with disabilities.
