International Student Operations Coordinator
* To deliver excellent administrative support for international student operations, ensuring high standards of service for international students, education agents and internal stakeholders.
* Provide responsive coordination and project support across the International Student Services Unit, maintaining accurate records of progress and activities.
* Support the planning and delivery of international visits, study tours and events, including logistics and stakeholder liaison.
* Monitor and maintain internal databases, ensuring compliance with data privacy and records management requirements.
* Respond to general enquiries and triage complex or urgent matters within agreed service standards.
* Prepare reports and communication materials on behalf of the Director, supporting broader communications to students, agents and partners.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes in line with compliance and service excellence goals.
About You
* A highly organised and proactive administrative professional with well-developed organisational and communication skills.
* Backed by experience in project or operational support within tertiary education or the public sector, you will have strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
* Experience working in an international student admissions or student services role is highly desirable.
* Qualifications in business administration, international education or a related field will be highly regarded.
