* Natural eye for interior design and appreciation for aesthetics.
* Proven ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans.
* Strong leadership skills to inspire and grow a high-performing team.
* Demonstrated experience managing teams with proven ability to lead multi-level organisational structures.
* Expertise in customer experience design and omni-channel marketing.
