Our network of small local teams enables Chorus people to be more connected to each other and feel a sense of belonging.About the roleWe are seeking an experienced and self-directed Leadership Coach to join Chorus on a full-time, 12-month contract basis (part-time may be considered for the right candidate).
This role will play a key part in the early implementation of our Leadership Development program, with a strong focus on building leadership maturity and effectiveness through both 360 feedback and vertical development assessment and coaching.As part of our Enabling team, you will support and coach Chorus leaders across the organisation to:Make sense of their leadership assessments and feedback.Engage in meaningful individual and group-based learning and reflection.You'll also contribute to the design of the next phases of our leadership program as we continue to evolve leadership practice at Chorus.This is a rare opportunity to do meaningful coaching work inside a self-managing, for-purpose organisation that values personal growth, collaboration and working differently.What you will bring:Accreditation or strong familiarity with a Vertical Development assessment instrument (e.g., the Leadership Maturity Profile, Global Leadership Profile or Shifting Horizons)Demonstrated substantial coaching experience, ideally in organisational settingsHigh comfort working in a self-organising or non-hierarchical structureAbility to work independently while collaborating across teamsCuriosity, humility, and a developmental mindsetMust have requirements:Current Western Australian Driver's LicenceOwn vehicleProof of eligibility to work in AustraliaNDIS Workers Screening CheckWillingness to spend time with Chorus customers and teams to build contextWhat we can offer you:A chance to shape and support leadership development in a unique, self-managing organisationBe part of something very different where local community is the heart of everything we doBonus annual leave day in December / January$18,550 Not For Profit Salary Packaging options (including Meals and Entertainment)Work on Wellbeing program, including one-on-one wellbeing debriefs for all employees24/7 Wellbeing support through our Sonder appApplication Instructions:Please submit your application online, including a cover letter and resumé.We will commence interviews immediately and reserve the right to withdraw this opportunity prior to 16th May 2025.Chorus is an equal opportunity employer.
