DWS is seeking an experienced Project Managerfor an initial three-month engagement with potential to extend. You will be pivotal in driving positive business change in this major application and platform modernisation project, which is part of an enterprise-wide digital transformation program of work.
Working alongside our client's own team, you will lead and coordinate delivery squads & be hands-on managing Agile/Scrum teams composed of Developers, QA, DevOps & Architects.
Type: Max Term
Length: Initially up to 3 months, extensions possible
Start: February 2026
Location: Sydney; working from both Paramatta and Macquarie Park sites
Style: Hybrid, 3 days per week in the offices (mix of both locations)
Rate: Maximum of $180,000 (inc super) depending on experience
* Core experience in IT Project Management gained within a broad range of major enterprise scale IT projects, NSW Government Experience Essential
* Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) or other industry recognised training or qualifications
* Additional experience as an Iteration ManagerorScrum Masteris highly desirable
* Experience managingApplications, Migrations, Transformation, Cloud or Security Projects
* Worked in Agileproject environments, with expertise in Azure DevOps & the Atlassian suite of collaboration tools
* Exceptional C-level stakeholder management and vendor management skills
* Experience working in large,complex enterprise scale project environments
